These terms
These terms govern the use of HUB. They form an agreement between HUB System AB, company registration number [org. no.], Stockholm, Sweden, and the organisation that signs up for the service. By creating an account or using HUB you accept them.
The service
HUB is a digital co-worker for project teams: chat, an e-mail inbox, documents, a whiteboard, tasks and a calendar per project, with an assistant that reads what comes in and drafts what goes out. We develop the service continuously and may add, change or remove features.
Accounts
You give accurate details when you register and keep them current. You are responsible for your users, for their credentials and for what happens under your account. Tell us without delay if you suspect an account has been misused.
Acceptable use
Do not use HUB for anything unlawful, do not upload content you have no right to, and do not try to break, overload or circumvent the security of the service. Do not resell access or use the service to build a competing product.
Your content
What you put into HUB stays yours. You give HUB System AB the licence needed to store and process it in order to provide the service, and nothing beyond that. Personal data is handled as described in the privacy policy and in our data processing agreement.
What the assistant produces
HUB drafts text, notes and summaries from your material. What it produces can be wrong or incomplete, so review anything you rely on. You remain responsible for the decisions you take and for what you send on.
Fees
The price is per project and month and is stated in your order. Fees are payable in advance and are exclusive of VAT. [Payment terms, and what happens on late payment.]
Availability and support
We work to keep HUB available and to fix faults promptly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service unless a separate service level agreement says so. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where that is practical.
Confidentiality
Each side keeps the other's confidential information to itself and uses it only for the purpose of the agreement. This continues to apply after the agreement ends.
Intellectual property
HUB System AB owns the service, the software and everything we develop for it. Nothing in these terms transfers that to you, and nothing transfers your content to us.
Term and termination
The agreement runs monthly unless otherwise agreed, and either side may end it with [notice period] notice. You can export your data before the agreement ends, and afterwards we delete it within [deletion window].
Liability
Neither side is liable for indirect loss such as lost profit or lost data. Our total liability over any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid during that period. Nothing here limits liability for intent or gross negligence.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service develops. We give notice of material changes in good time, and continued use after they take effect counts as acceptance.
Governing law
Swedish law applies. Disputes are settled by the Swedish courts, with Stockholm District Court as the court of first instance.
