HUB is a digital co-worker for project teams. Every project gets one place for chat, an e-mail inbox, documents, a whiteboard, tasks and a calendar, plus the HUB assistant that reads everything that comes in, writes the minutes and follows things up.
Invite HUB to a Teams or Google Meet meeting like any colleague, or start a HUB video meeting straight from the calendar. HUB transcribes live and writes notes, decisions and actions straight into the project.
Each project has its own inbox address. Mail sent there is sorted by HUB. Attachments are read and indexed, status questions are answered, and documents are filed where they belong.

Yes. Files uploaded or attached to mail are read and indexed so you can ask about them in the chat, including drawings, proposal documents and minutes.
Swedish and English, in the interface and in meetings. You can mix languages in the same project.
Data is stored close to where you use HUB. For customers in the EU it is stored within the EU, and never outside the region you belong to. Each project's data is kept separate, and only project members can see it.
HUB keeps a shared project memory: decisions, suppliers, dates, and who owes what to whom. Ask in the chat and get the answer with its source.
