About HUB

HUB started from a simple observation: far too much time is swallowed by everything that happens around the work itself. Chasing answers, writing notes, finding your way through documents, remembering what was done or agreed. Whether the work runs as a project or is simply an ordinary day at the office.

So we built an extra colleague for exactly that. HUB sits with you day to day, reads what comes in, writes what goes out and checks it against your policies, guidelines and regulations. It holds the threads together, picks up what falls between the cracks and gives back time you do not have. So that you can be your best selves at work.

Who is behind HUB

Behind HUB is a Swedish company based in Stockholm, started in 2013 by Andreas Wålm and Timo Murberger. Today we are a small, focused team working fully agentically.

Our story

HUB was born as HUB System AB, a data platform for data-driven ways of working. The idea was simple: all the digital data your organisation already produces is worth something, if it is gathered in one place. We built a platform that finds data across every source, system and service, understands it through collected insight, and acts on it through integration, sharing and automation.

Over time we noticed something. The most valuable thing happening in the platform was not dashboards or graphs, it was when data turned into action: the right information, with the right person, at the right moment. When AI could act on the data instead of merely showing it, the tool turned into a colleague.

So HUB today is a digital co-worker with the same DNA. The same conviction that people are the core, and that good insight plus access to the right data leads to action. The difference is that what now ties the chain together also does the work: it joins the meetings, reads the inbox, writes the minutes and holds the project together.

We are a small team working fully agentically: agents build the next version of the tool, for workplaces everywhere. We have no open roles right now, but if that sounds like something you could contribute to, we would be glad to meet.
